All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. In Taiwan, delivery can be expected within 6 business days to the designated convenience store.
In the event that YAXIN ZONE exceeds the designated period of delivery, we shall compensate you for damages. However, this shall not apply if the YAXIN ZONE proves that such an event is not caused by its intention or negligence.
Please note the text once the order has arrived at the designated convenience store. Shall the package be returned by the convenience store due to a late pick up, the consumer should bear the delivery fee.
