Return Policy

Consumers who would like to apply for a return or exchange, please write to yaxinzone@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of arrival. Please provide your name, number of order, phone number, name of the item, reason for returning the item and pictures showing the faults of the item in the email. Once we receive your request, we will help you with the return or exchange process.



Return


1. Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Returns will only be accepted on items within 7 days from the date of arrival. Consumer Protection Act ensures seven days of hesitation instead of trial.

2. The consumer may not return or exchange the items in the event of one of the following reasons:


  • Items returned 7 days upon arrival will not be accepted. 

  • Significant decrease in value of items due to partial use or consumption by the consumer

  • Packaging of the returned item is damaged.

  • Attachments or invoice of the returned item is incomplete

  • Frequent return requests with ill intention.



Exchange


1. Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed. 

2. All packaging (including garment bags and paper box) shipped with order must be returned.

3. The price amount of the newly purchased items must exceed or be equal to or the original value of the items to be returned. The consumer must bear all the freight charges for the round-trip.
